Each year members receive a ballot of potential programs that address the most critical needs in our community.  Members are then invited to a Ballot Review Meeting on Zoom where our researchers describe each of the proposed projects that are on the ballot and answer pre-submitted questions about the potential grantees and projects.   Women’s Fund members meet in smaller groups to discuss the issues and possible grantees and to decide how they will cast their individual or groups’ votes. Each spring at our Celebration of Grants, members and guests celebrate the announcement of our new grantees and learn more about the programs we are funding.  Throughout the year, Women's Fund hosts Grants in Action events, including site visits and Roundtable discussions on broad issues that relate to the critical needs identified in the community. Grantee year-end final reports are posted on the website to provide additional information.
