Biography

Ann joined the Women's Fund in 2013, and served on the Research Committee for the next seven years. She came to Santa Barbara in 1982, joining the faculty of the Teacher Education Program at UCSB. Ann received her BA degree and teaching credential from USC, her MA and PhD degrees from UCSB. She earned an international reputation as an Academic Specialist and Fulbright Professor, teaching in Argentina, Chile, Perú, Uruguay, México and Micronesia. She now teaches Mental Health Matters in 6th grade classrooms throughout Santa Barbara County as a volunteer and leads nature hikes for school children at the Arroyo Hondo Preserve. Ann currently serves on the board of directors for both the Mental Wellness Center and the Land Trust for Santa Barbara County. She previously served on the Research Committee.

Biography

Concetta joined the Women’s Fund in 2018, shortly after moving to Santa Barbara from the San Francisco area. She has 40 years of diversified management and consulting experience in the financial services industry. Concetta spent 28 of those years with Wells Fargo Bank, retiring as Senior Vice President. During her career, she worked in practically every aspect of retail banking, and every level from the branch to executive management. Concetta is a Chair Emeritus of the Board of Trustees of the American Foundation for the Blind, and of the Moraga Educational Foundation. Most recently she served as VP of Activities for the local chapter of Newcomers. She was born in Italy, speaks Italian and Spanish, and earned a BA degree from the State University of New York at Albany.

Biography

Danuta has been a member of the Women's Fund since 2020, and a grateful resident of Santa Barbara for 33 years. She is currently Co-Chair of the Educational Events Committee. Her professional life spans several careers including marine ecologist, marketing representative for the Consortium of Venetian Artisans, business consulting principal at IBM, and co-owner of Facilitate.com, developers of brainstorming and decision-making software. She is a member of the Grants and Partnership Committee for Together Women Rise, a women-based philanthropic organization dedicated to achieving global gender equality.
Danuta holds a degree in marine biology from UC Berkeley and an MBA in marketing and MIS from UCLA. She enjoys life with husband Mike and cats Rose-Tyler and Quinn the Eskimo, and revels in her two daughters and new grandson.

Biography

Jamie has been a member of the Women's Fund since 2017. A native Minnesotan, she earned a BA in Studio Art from Gustavus Adolphus and holds a MBA with a specific focus in nonprofit management and corporate social responsibility. Jamie previously worked at The Hudson Institute of Coaching, where she partnered with companies to establish learning and development initiatives tied to executive coaching. She currently is the Director of Field Operations at TIGER 21, the premier peer membership organization for high-net-worth wealth creators and preservers that helps them to navigate the challenges and opportunities that success creates. She continues to cultivate her passion for service and community, serving as President of the board of directors at The Arts Fund, board member of A Different Point of View, and owns her own business that supports nonprofits in development and strategic planning. Jamie is also a mixed media and print artist in Santa Barbara and volunteers teaching art classes on the West Side with students K-12. She's honored to be part of such a strong group of women. She previously served as Board Chair and chaired the Communications Committee for the Women's Fund.

Jen Lemberger

Biography

Jen moved to Santa Barbara in 1998 to attend UCSB and has been lucky to call it her permanent home ever since. While at UCSB, Jen earned her BS in Biology and BA in Art Studio. Shortly after, she earned her Master of Public Health in epidemiology at Columbia University. Upon returning to Santa Barbara, Jen worked in program coordination and research at CADA and Direct Relief, before leaving to work at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation in Michigan. While in Michigan, Jen earned her Master of Library and Information Science from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. This brought Jen back to Santa Barbara where she worked as a librarian for the Santa Barbara Public Library. Subsequently, Jen moved to the California State Library where she managed a portfolio of statewide grants ranging from $750k to $15M. Jen and her partner, Greg, are now the co-owners of Chaucer's Books. She currently serves on the board of SB ACT, SBMTD, and Santa Barbara Trust for Historic Preservation and on the City of Santa Barbara's Community Development and Human Services Committee.

Biography

Lynn rejoined the Women’s Fund in 2018, participating with both the Membership Committee and a Special Projects workgroup. She grew up in Colorado and has a Master’s Degree in Agricultural and Resource Economics from Colorado State University. Before moving to Santa Barbara in 1989, she worked in both the Research and Public Affairs Departments of the Kansas City Federal Reserve. She has served in various nonprofit leadership roles in Santa Barbara, including as Board Chair for the Channel Islands YMCA, the Nonprofit Support Center, and The Arts Fund. She was the Vice President for Family Education Services at Independent Means Inc. before taking on the role of Executive Director for the Youth and Family Services YMCA from 2008-2016.

Tracy Stouffer

Biography

Tracy joined the Women’s Fund and the research committee in 2019. She recently retired from Nuveen Asset Management where she  was the manager of Nuveen’s International Growth Strategy portfolio. Tracy began working in the financial industry in 1981 and joined the firm in 2008. Previously, she was an international portfolio manager for several firms, including Dreyfus Founders Funds, Federated Global Investment Management, Clariden Bank (Credit Suisse), and TIAA-CREF. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. She serves on the investment committee for the Santa Barbara Foundation, is a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, the Food Bank of Santa Barbara County and a sustainer on the Women’s Board of the Santa Barbara Museum of Art.
