Natalie joined the Women’s Fund and became a member of the Endowment Committee in 2025. She currently owns a financial planning firm, The Goodland Group, where she and her team help mid-career tech professionals with young families and substantial equity compensation.
Natalie started her career in private practice as a financial advisor serving pre-retirees, and then joined LearnVest, a fintech startup on a mission to make financial planning affordable and accessible to the masses, where she helped build a first-of-its-kind digitally forward RIA which grew to over 14,000 clients in 6 years. She’s consulted for companies like SoFi, Ellevest, LearnLux and Monarch Money, and continues to serve as a company advisor for companies she’s passionate about in the fintech space. Natalie also speaks professionally throughout the country.
She lives with her husband and two boys in Goleta, and happily spends most afternoons and evenings at the baseball field watching her boys play and helping in the dugout.
