Mona joined the Women's Fund in 2025. A native Californian, she spent the first 20 years of her career in fundraising in New York City, returning to Santa Barbara in 1997 and working for Laguna Blanca School and Westmont College. In her fundraising work, she wrote proposals, news releases, and produced on-line and printed newsletters. In retirement, she now works part-time for Cottage Health, while also caring for her health-challenged family. With a heart for the poor, disadvantaged and for social justice issues, Mona is active with her church and supports numerous organizations. Mona also serves on the art council for the Westmont Ridley-Tree Museum of Art.
