Lee is a management consultant and business coach with over 30 years of experience. She utilizes her background in Operations and Program Management to provide consulting expertise in the areas of leadership development and organizational transformation. Lee is thrilled to be in Santa Barbara, where she moved with her husband and two dogs in 2022. She joined The Women’s Fund in 2024, and is excited to begin her new volunteer role with the Membership Committee
