A Grants in Action Forum: Forging Collaborative Pathways for Behavioral Health
For youth and adults struggling with poor mental health, addictions, or intellectual and/or physical disabilities, the compassionate and expert programs at Casa Pacifica, CADA (Council on Alcoholism & Drug Abuse), and PathPoint are critical to saving lives, intervening in crises, providing ongoing care, and keeping people safe and housed.
South Santa Barbara County continues to lack adequate therapeutic resources and residential treatment centers to meet the intensive needs of this population. In this forum, Women’s Fund members will gain insight into the complexity of the behavioral health needs of our communities. Experts will speak about the day-to-day realities of their multi-faceted work and the people they serve. The audience will have the chance to converse in small groups with these experts.
